ASI is actually decent. But
ASI is actually decent. But CTR is the preferred. You're probably best off keeping it and making it one you'll use just for it's normal attack, like a nightblade.
Combuster is a good one for CTR, due to the damage and status it does, probably more-so than a glacius, since that freezes enemies, thus giving you more time to charge anyhow.

It is unlikely you'll get much more for it though, or that anyone with a CTR will trade you for it. CTR >>> ASI as far as desirability on these.
Your best bet is to simply use it yourself and enjoy your speed boost.
