Do you know why the game is called Spiral Knights? I have been searching for a while now and I really don't know. So if you know the answer to this or have an idea, tell me please. Also, feel free to discuss.

I didn't notice that
Damn I don't know how I missed that.
It could be that the Snipes thought that the spirals were nice and they wanted to decorate their houses with it.
Or it could be some kind of magic that the Snipes use.

My best guess is because of the Spiral Order, our allied NPC knights, whom we came to this planet with. Their symbol being the head of a horse, shared with the Knight in Chess.. yeah.

My Guess
My guess is that it's because of the clockworks.
There are spirals everywhere in haven if you pay attention.
This is more important. Did we modify the city to suit our order or just a cosmical coincidence?
I don't think we took the name spiral after seeing said marks but I guess it's still a possibility.
