Is it just me, or is US particularly laggy today? I've experienced black screens, more 0% loading screens, but today's takes the cake

Last room before jk, the one with lichens. I'm currently running around, and nothing else is moving. I've had this happen before when my wifi poops, but this one is different. Every once in awhile monsters pop up, and stay there. My friend does too.

So is it just me and my terribad computer?
