I just back to this game after my test and i notice that the brandish series had a lil bit of change which is their charge attack,so my question is which sword should i get?i currently got a avenger and a fireburst brandish.
Avenger is my dream sword,but not exactly prefect for some situation which fbb is prefect for every situation.
So which one?..i like slow sword but my guildleader call me to get combuster which is over powered:P..

Naw, they both have very

Naw, they both have very different purposes, you can easily use them both. Combuster will give you the fire status effect and a nice blast charge, as well as fast hits. DA is slow, but has a hard swing and huge KB, as well as a long reaching and powerful charge.
It's perfectly reasonable to use both, if you wish.

If you really have to pick, it depends on your goals.
Combuster will be generally useful anywhere/everywhere, being a fast, strong sword. The charge will be especially useful on JK. However, in FSC you'll find the charge lacks its juicy status (I'm not sure what stage in the game you're at)
The DA will be powerful everywhere, but take some time getting used to slow swords, however there are players that swear by slow swords over fast ones. This will be especially useful with ASi bonuses, and will remain as useful in FSC, however contributes no special/unqiue usefulness on any bosses (altough, you could use the charge attack in late stage Vana I guess)

Keep in mind, this is just "which do I craft *first*?", as you'll always be able to craft the other later. Ofc, you can still craft both together; after all, a single 5* craft costs as much as two 4* crafts.

If you still can't decide, flip a coin. You'll have already picked one; the coin will tell you which it is :)

Bear in mind that while being

Bear in mind that while being arguably the best brandish line (because shock works in FSC and doesn't have as much drawbacks as freeze), you'll need to farm a lot of Krogmo coins to have the recipes of Shock brandish line.

voltedge takes a lot of grinding

I was playing lockdown last night and there was this guy playing that was destroying everyone with a flourish. I wasn't on his team most of the night, and when I was he did bad. I did a lot of damage myself (coming in 3rd for damage a couple times), so I'm not horrible, but I think I only won 2 times, but lost 11 times. So in my mind, Crogmo coins basically cost 135cr each (unless my next outing goes better). I have 30 coins now and I need another 270 to get all the way to the voltedge. At the rate I'm going, it is going to cost me close to 36.5kcr just to get the recipes. Now, 36.5k isn't a bad price, but I need to farm both the cr to enter lockdown (since I'm at a losing rate) and then farm the tokens so it is going to take me a long time.

@Nordlead If you are only

@Nordlead

If you are only winning 2 out of 11 games, yes, you should buy a combuster or glacius. But speaking as one of the people who actually does well and lockdown and can make a couple thousand off of it per night playing, it's more fun and rewarding to do lockdown than just grind the hell out of the clockworks.

Not to mention, sometimes you

Not to mention, sometimes you won't have time to use up all your mist. Playing LD is a good way to burn time, and mist if you don't use it all for crafting.

@aemicus I had a much better

@aemicus

I had a much better time in lockdown this time mostly because we didn't have one guy WAAAY better than everyone else. I won probably a little more than half my games last time and we had back to back 2 coins for everyone bribes (I'm not contributing energy though since I already use mine in the clockworks). I got 20 more coins and now have a shockburst brandish recipe. I now only need 250 more tokens.

Is it more fun and rewarding? Depends on what you enjoy. I'd probably enjoy LD more if it weren't for the amazing players slaying me in 1-2 hits. I'm just saying that if you don't have the proper equipment and don't want to put in enough time to learn the tactics needed for LD, that it can take a LONG time to get a shockburst.

Voltedge is well worth the

Voltedge is well worth the time in Lock Down, I use it as my main weapon in the clockworks, great in arenas, great in FSC, great in gravyards, candlestick, firestorm anything with constructs undead and jells (to a lesser extent) the status is in my opinion is the most useful though fire is more damaging, shock interrupts giving you chance to dodge, attack again or laugh at Kats flying on the spot!
