Hello, I finally made a noob account on the website so I could forum ^_^

One of my big ideas I've had recently is new Wolver Breeds to match the coat series. So I'll sum it up;

-Vog Cubs (whatever happened to these guys? I know Ash Tails are the main fire-type but...)
-Snarbolax Cubs (I thought this was a cool idea, they can deal Piercing with Stun status)
-Skolvers (I don't quite know what they are, I'm guessing Shadow dealers? [Undead])
-Duskers (Another Shadow dealer that also Curses you)

I think these are decent ideas, please let me know what you think.

...

They should be Shadow dealers AND Piercing dealers (maybe an additional attack that hits shadow?). Badgers and skunks anyone xD?

Likewise...

'Skolvers' are actually Frostifurs. Skovler is just the name of the armour, it isn't related to a beast like Vog Cub is.

Edit OP.

As above comments have stated, 2 of 4 of your suggestions already exist. Snarbolax Cubs I'm not sure about..even though Snarby is technically a "Wolver"
class, I wouldn't imagine that younger Snarbolaxes look exactly like Wolvers.

Also, Vog Cubs have yet to be introduced into the game as far as my knowledge; or was it that they were once in the game then removed? At any rate, it's highly unlikely OOO has forgotten them without a second thought.

Vog Cubs...

USED to exist, in Beta I think, but were removed along with the Green Jelly giant (or something) and the Tortradones (Did I spell that right?)

Well then...

Ok I guess the Dusker and Skolver are out, but Snarby Cubs could be black with red glowing eyes, and deal piercing, shadow, and stun?

Uhmm

Since Snarbolax's weakness *is* stun, I don't see why the wolvers would cause stun. Piercing/Shadow sounds like the damage they'd do.

Well here's the thing...

When you'r in the Gloaming Wildwoods, if Snarby sneaks up, he stuns you. So yes he's weak to stun, but he does also deal it.

I mean if you can make a better arguement I respect that but the proof is in the pudding.

About that, snarby stuns you

About that, snarby stuns you by running over you. Regular wolvers dont do that, they bite. A stun-bite would be something new.

All the families have stayed true to their primary damage type. Robots only do normal/elemental, undeads only do normal/shadow, wolvers should always deal normal/pierce.
Else what would be the point of using specific armors. If you are supposed to fight wolver you'll surely use pierce protection. Finding a shadowy wolver will screw you over.
Unless this out-of-place enemy has it's own specific level separated from regular wolvers, it breaks the point of selecting armor since you cant know what to expect.

A few things...

poking around in spiral spy i saw the tortadrones and vog cubs. Torta drones really need to be reintroduced as mini bosses, because a quick browse of their animations and you want to hunt for them, they seem so powerful! Vog cubs, look menacing and basically are lava flaked wolvers with a volcano tail they would be grand to have ina come back, maybe in a new boss stratum some day
