I now understand... A suggestion for the Sudaruska.

I know now that the combination of a slow sword and stun letting monsters release their moves early is a bad move. I get that... But I also feel that the damage of the Sudaruska was made for a status inflicting weapon, which I don't mind at all...

So my suggestion is to increase the range of the normal combo swings... your call on how long, but I would like to shove the Sudaruska into the niche of mob bashing... I know that its charge is Totally Overpowered... E.G. Hitting 12 Zombies in FSC for almost 500 damage... I'm not sure, but I don't think even the DA can do near 6k damage in a single charge...But I digress...

Reasons for a buff of some sort...
*The Suda is graphically longer then the DA or GF...
*The damage is already set to have some sort of positive effect implied (--- Probably the wrong word...) E.G. A status, or a Bonus to knockdown...
*The damage difference for neutral on a DA or GF is minimal at best...
*The Sudaruska is not well known or seen much, it would give more variety if it had a tweak...
*It is the slowest sword... not that I mind particularly much... but others do...
*You took out the stun ;D
*The counterpart, the Triglav, inflicts STRONG freeze, which is amazingly handy to set up a charge attack...

Now, I really only think the Sudaruska, not the Triglav, needs the boost. The Triglav has its above mentioned freeze...

P.S. You could increase the knockdown maybe... and it would be nice if you mentioned it in a update.patch/newsletter...

I think simply adding the stun back would be awesome. I use these weapons constantly and i am always finding myself wishing the charge attacks had more effects.

The rocks for Suda should do damage, Same as the ice shards for Trig. Instead of just looking cool they actually do something. They also need a stronger chance to cause the affect.
Maybe a Variant unique to these weapons? This would allow the range of the weapon to be increased at say either level 10 or buy buying the variant.

I disagree with your knock back theory. A Larger knock back would just make chasing the enemies around the level even more annoying than it already is. I do like the affect it has on large groups and in corners.

I've noticed these weapons receive a lot of criticism for their slowness. Perhaps a larger area would be best.
