Is the spiral tailed helm the only girly helmet with pigtails in the game?
Kind of wish I had picked it up, now, just to have the option.

The Emberbreak and Firebreak Helms also give you pigtails.

The Angelic set could be considered androgynous, but that's about the closest you'll get if you didn't pick that starter helm.
