to solo vana run skip the boss with my noobie set ?.....my loadout were ash set,wise owlite shield,blizzbrand,pulsar.I'm a good sworduse if you don't believe ask nubskill he always party with me:-).

What ? He isn't trolling. It's doable, it's just very unlikely that you succeed if you are a beginner. You'll loose huge amounts of HP each time you get hit, your shield will break fast and you'll not be very fast. Just take your time and don't get hit, that's all.

Vana solo? Unlikely. Unlikely, not impossible. Vana solo is possible with a proto gun. See how I said, possible. Means it can happen. What are the chances? Low.
But you can definately solo the floors before vana with that set.

Yes, you can do it. A experienced friend did it in dusker. I'm currently doing it in ashtail. Its just a lot of kiting, charging, and field awareness of trojan dashes/slag breath from bottom.

if you went solo, how would nubskill always party with you? I mean, the definition of solo is you are by yourself so no one else would know what you did.
EDIT: had a hard time reading the OP. You want to solo in 3* gear? Seems sorta pointless since you can't get access unless you have 4* gear or know someone to let you in. I've beaten a few stages solo with 3* gear in T3, but it takes so long it isn't worth my time.

put it this way
a couple of us carried a guildmate wearing a skelly suit, a brandish, a swiftstrike and a proto helm (and prismatech alchemer) down to the core, through FSC and Vana. he died 3 times. He didnt contribute much damage, but he helped with aggro, shield bumped effectively, and was generally succesfull, even in vana where he helped distract the slag guards.
It can be done, but you need to be good.

The fundamental flaw behind
The fundamental flaw behind your plan is that you won't have very good DPS for anything. The slags would just take forever, and then vanaduke would kill you via falling fire panels or bad camera angles or random spawning of slags, as you tried to deal enough DPS to barely scratch him.
If you are planning on doing vanaduke ASAP, I'd suggest making a couple of upgrades-
Pulsar>Gigawatt pulsar
Blizzbrand>4* Blizzbrand
swiftstrike
With just that, you SHOULD be able to DPS him just barely enough to pull it off, given that you know what your doing. Exactly what you're doing.
Nothing in this game is impossible, i'd only say that was improbable, but possible.
