Is the $20 pack still the Starter Pack?

Hey, just wondering if the $19.95 (7500 energy bundle, which also has the Sonic promo) still considered the Starter Pack?
If not, have you stopped selling the Starter Pack? I couldn't find it in the Buy menu, but it was still advertised. Thanks!

I mean, I bought a 7,500 pack back during the preview event... but yeah, I do not see the Starter Pack listed in the Buy menu, only the 7,500 CE (Metal Sonic Promo).

Nick answered this in another thread: You'll get both the starter pack and the sonic promo items if you haven't previously purchased the starter pack.
Did you actualy but the starter pack? It disapears if you buy it.
