There is the link for the prices of all the featured Auctions that have been ... uh ... featured. a search chap or tabard will reveal to you:
Black chapeau: 2,400,000
White chapeau: 2,300,000
Red chapeau: 1,800,000
Black tabard: 1,740,000
White tabard: 930,000
Red tabard: 580,000
In the one and only Featured Auction featuring of such somewhat unique and rare items. A couple of things to note, when considering what this means about the price of them now.
#1. It stands to reason that the prices now would be slightly lower. Why? Because there was an Auction for all three colors, and common sense dictates that the person WHO MOST WANTED THESE ITEMS, is the one who won them. So that means the most desired customer of each was satiated. So the next one would draw just a hair less for max buyout price.
#2. At the time of sell, CE was worth 54-5500 per 100. So this should be considered when formulating your b/o price.
#3. Going off the radar here :) One more difference, is that the one you are selling IS YOURS. So YOU get to determine the price at which you are ultimately willing to let it go for, historical records be damned. Just pricing to move b/c you really want CE? Then price at about 75-80% and watch the buyers come-a-running. Think that you deserve the world and then some? Charge 110-125% and put on a full-blown starvation seige on those wanton peasants.
**Best plan, IMO, being one of the resident bazaar experts :)
Sell as a set for 90-95% of what those sold for, as a buyout.
Also, take into consideration this tho (to be fair warned), there are not a large number of people actively looking for these, such as is Erridunno. There have been a few threads selling them in the last couple days alone. Charge too much, and you might be the one left standing when the music stops, and everyone else has a chair. (sorry if you never played musical chairs as a kid and this reference is lost on you).

to expound upon #1 above. Even after the featured auction, rubyeclipse sold at least one of each set (satisfying the "runner-up for person who most wants the rose regalia") and after him, about 2-3 of each piece was sold in trade chat and a couple on Auction house.
And when those featured went up, we were all under the impressions that these were no longer attainable on the game. Also, we were all under the impression that featured auctions were going to be incredibly rare. we didn't expect that there'd be new volcanic, prismatic, and divine wings up 4 times a month.
so use all this information to garner the knowledge you need, and make a decision you feel happy about.

Let me do the math on the red set real quick.
Based on the last featured auctions, a red set would go for about 40k-45k ce
And like Rommil said, YOU are the one with the rare and no longer obtainable items so you can make the price whatever you want.
In the last featured auctions:
Black Set = 75k ce
White Set = 59k ce
Red Set = 42k ce
Any set for less than these prices is a good deal as there are MUCH fewer sets unbound now.

Alright, I'm tired of this back and forth and I'm going to weigh in.
Eri tried to lowball me as well for my set at 35k with the same line and I'm going to tell him here the same thing I told him then:
If you have an offer that low on a set, TAKE IT. You will not get a better offer, and if you do you're ripping some poor sod off who doesn't know any better.
I did my research, contacted sellers in the market, compared past data, and decided on a very reasonable firm 50k for the set. It was met, no hassle, and in fact my buyer OPENED with the offer without my having to haggle ITEMIZING the chapeau and tabard at the prices I had come to from my own research.
The Chapeau is worth 35k CE minimum. It is a rare, limited quantity item that people had to put down REAL money to acquire. There are very few left in circulation now. I have contacted Wolver personally because I don't want him getting ripped off. He can and SHOULD set his price accordingly.
