I was told
That an item can go beyond the bar and guard more, and it's been tested from what I hear.

well when i'm at fsc and a

I've seen my friend back in the day...
Guard a fire pillar from the oilers, back when they were OP, and even though it took a while they broke his shield with raw fire, and it was grey owl so max fire.
What i'm trying to say here is "Max fire =/= 100% fire resist" like you're saying with fire breath.
Try standing on a panel of fire. You'll only be able to guard it maybe 4-5 times. If I had fire max, I'd be able to guard it up to maybe even 8
I would assume this would be for more powerful shock attacks, like a shock lumber or something.
Perhaps maybe like shock grates on the ground.
I would assume with fire max I could stand in shadow fire or on those fire panels longer then you can.

oilers are using piercing +

You may be right
Oilers are piercing.
Their oil ignited to a pillar of fire isn't.
Also: I'm not even sure if I'm going to sell it. Right now I just want to know its price.
Well u paid 66k for this on the AH since i put a tracker bid on it. Its worth the same as an owlite shield Stun max and no shock since owlite shield already has max shock and fire (ive tested it).
