Where and how can I contact the billing department?
I paid money for energy via PayPal last week, and it says that my payment is cleared, but I still haven't received the energy.
If I can get an answer to this it would be of much help, I'm eager to contact billing and I don't want my first game-related payment to become a terrible experience ><
