Anyone know why the Khorvod (4*) does not have the chance to stun like the Troika/Kamarin before it? Finally found this recipe last night and I'm minorly irritated that I can't stun .. though I never saw it stun that often as it was.

yeah, pretty sure there's stun only on charge attacks for the Khorovod, but for the Troika/Kamarin, there was a minor chance to stun on any attack. Didn't happen often enough to be too useful, though.
It dishes out plenty of stun on charge attacks.
