I'm a big fan of the Kings Quest and Quest for Glory series, but I can't say I "miss" them as most of them can still be found and played, if not remade.
And speaking of space games, Freespace + Freespace 2 are two of my all time favorite games... oh how I wish they made Freespace 3. :(
