Problem with the Elevator pass and also support is down.

Well, today i just bought the elevator pass and i can't pay for the energy cost to another players, before players could pay for the fee with the pass for another players. Now i bought it and i noticed that i can't pay for my friends with my pass anymore!

Also, the support is down, it's says ERROR 404, what happened?

Your not supposed to be able

Your not supposed to be able to tab party members with your pass. If you tab someone you still have to pay their elevator fee
Edit:
I think what happened is someone told you something like "I'm on a pass so I'll tab you". They were probably just being nice and using mist to get you through.
