1. If I happen to get a Fencing Jacket with a Maximum! Normal Defence UV, would it be Viable as a Striker? Also, will the Damage Buff be Noticeable?

2. Same as 1, but with a Cyclops Cap if running as Recon. Again, will the Damage Buff be Noticeable?

3. Same as 1 & 2, but with a Vita Suit, running as any Class. Yet, again, will the Extra Bar be Beneficial?

4. If both, my Armor & Helmet, have Maximum! Normal Defence UVs on them, fully Heated, will this Reduce the Damage done by Heavy Swords Greatly or not?

5. If I use Cold Snap against Strikers, will this make them Unable to Flee? (I haven't bought one, yet.)

6. Since Maximum! Defence UVs Don't Higher until you Upgrade the Gear(Which is Impossible with 0-1* Gear) Would getting a Low Defence UV Equal the same Strength as a Maximum! Defence UV would give?

7. What Defence UV what be more Useful, Normal or Elemental?

8. Fire, Shock, & Stun. Which one of these would be more Beneficial as a UV Resistance?

9. Seeing all 0-1* Helmets/Armor, I've noticed Mining Hat has just a little bit more Normal Damage than the Breaker Armors. Are the Bars lieing, or does it really Protect more?

EDIT: Regarding Questions 1-3, as I found out you Cannot Craft them, but the Possibilities of Adding UVs on them is still Possible with Punch. Questions still stand.

5: Strikers can't boost

5: Strikers can't boost through ice, if that's what you meant. Of course, there is the problem of catching them in a cod snap, which doesn't have the great of a range.

I really don't feel the DMG

I really don't feel the DMG boost from Cyclops Cap and Fencing Jacket is that helpful at all. The boost is a little too low, so it really doesn't make much of a difference. :( I honestly rather have more health and status few status resistances(If you decide to go with full [Ember/Circuit/Ice] Breaker sets. Or mix, so you're only weak to one status.).(Just an opinion of course.)

I really dont think the

I really dont think the damage buffs are very helpful. Vitasuit doesn't give you any more health than a full heated 1* armor.
I don't think anyone has Maximum normal defense on that kind of low star stuff so I don't think anyone can comment on how effective they are.
Strikers cannot boost out of ice.

Punch...

Lol, do not Punch Roll t1 stuff unless you want to have trophy proto gear. I would just find t1 armor that you can craft, and then ragecraft those. It isnt hard if you got a few hundred CE.

But, since most of your questions are the same...

1-4) Yes
5) Yes

I feel normal would be the most important to protect against, since you're going to be mainly up against Heavy Hatchet/Thwack Hammer users.

Looking at the AH a low

Looking at the AH a low defense UV on a 2* armor is equal to a medium UV on a 1* armor. If this pattern continues then a Maximum would equal to a high defense UV on a 2* which should make a difference.
Status UVs are the same for all stars.

Normal defense UVs are more helpful since everything does at least partial normal.

8. It's a close call between fire and shock. I personally would say fire since you have so few bars of health.
9. It doesnt matter. You'll want the elemental protection more than a possible tiny amount more of normal defense.
