Do you mean: Its 7k ce, and i would need the first 4000 upfront to unbind, and then the other 3000 ce to finish the deal.

I ask because the way you phrased it almost sounds like the 2nd. When the first is the commonly accepted principle for how this works. I don't want there to be any miscommunication b/w you and your potential buyer, where one party or the other (most likely the buyer in this case) feels scammed.
