i've had the same problem before

i think it has something to do with the patch that got rid of their homing bites....so i guess someone mixed phantoms with wolvers :P

When they slowly evolved, they chose paths. Though they lost their homing, they have gained the ability to defy gravity in the skydomes that they inhabit. No predator will catch them now!

I've seen this a lot in FSC as well, and the wolvers keep teleporting to the other side of the gate as well. It's a good thing that they generally teleport back to the right place though.

Same, those furballs kept avoiding us on the sides in Smoldering Steps, then they barked happily. So I blasted them with my Blitz Needle happily too and they died midair.
