The game was minimized and I was surfing in the Internet. Then I maximized the game again and I was logged out for being idle too long. Then I got a message. It was something like "Gamemaster message: It's not allowed to spam the same message again and again". I didn't spam something before I went 'afk' in the game.

I know nothing happened now to me, but it's still stupid that I got a message.

I think the gamemaster sent the message to the wrong person. Before I went afk someone in the /zone chat said all the time something like 'going to do jelly run, still 2 spaces free'.

You can get a warning for
You can get a warning for something you did like 7 hours ago. It takes some time from the moment you do something, someone complains, and then GM will dig out that complain from the pile of all others.

If you'd like a support action escalated for review, or to ask questions about why it happened, you can do that here. That will get it to the appropriate parties. Posting about it on the forums isn't much good in that regard.
This happened to me a few days ago, about passwords. I'm assuming they sent it to everyone online at the time, so don't take it personally.
