@Deathblake I didn't feel the need for it. The boss battle is slow enough that emptying a normal shot into a nearby scuttle or just the wall is more than sufficient while waiting for the rockets to crawl across the screen.
It's not like Vana where the normal shot can break the ice and mess you up, or accidentally aggro a slag, or throw you out of sync with another blitzer, or root you in place while a slag guard is charging down on you etc etc.
I totally wasn't expecting that you would use the toothpick. xD
