Hello.
I join Party Lobby room in Clockworks, to begin the game, but when level is loaded to 96-98%, game freezes TOTALLY.
-Java IS updated;
-I already TRIED to re-install the game;
None helped.

When this happens, are you still able to press F2 and submit a bug report?
If you can, please do.
If not, submit a support ticket via the website and include which gate and what level you were trying to join, as well as any other information you think might help.

Ok, then it might be an internet connection issue. If you're playing on a wireless router, does the problem still happen even when you're plugged directly into the modem, no router at all?
Submit a support ticket and include as much information as you can, and let us know if they tell you anything useful.
Ditto, I get to 92% then it stops. Java is up-to-date and reinstalling didnt do anything. I can spend all the time I want in Haven, but as soon as I go into an instance it dies.
