Now there's no such thing as anything being perfect. Everything's bound to have a few flaws. In this thread, we post something we like about the game, then something we dislike about the game. I'm curious about what the knights love and hate. But don't start bashing on someone's opinion just because you think differently. I'll start off:
I like scenario rooms, because they add a nice amount of fun and variety to the game.
But I hate Tier 3 Guilds because they're full of elitists.
Awesome simplicity and great artwork for a crazy fun and addictive game. But sometimes the simplicity is redundant and I'm running out of Mist... (Sorry, but I don't think I am buying another elevator pass or could bribe my parents to let me use their card again at all after using $6 on a game I play too much) :(
I like the pit boss lines. They are funny.
I hate getting 200 friend request because I decide to wear my 5 star armor.
Why are you adding me? I'm not going to throw money at you.

I really enjoy customization in this game, there's a lot of potential for it. But I really hate it when that awesome customization is overpriced. This is how I felt when accessories first came out, and I still feel this way when they release new accessories/costumes in the featured section of the auction house. Sorry, I'm not paying obscene amounts of money to look original. At least I found my own way to look cool, though.
The graphics, gameplay, nice friends, most of the community.
Dislike: The fact that I end up broke every time I upgrade. Random guild/friend requests because I was unaffiliated/for no justified reason whatsoever.
Hates: Lag/latency, stuck-up players who think they know everything/own everything, call people scammer/noob for no reason, and laugh at your misery because they think it's really funny. Also: "Some of the 5* community, because this game has some of the most egotistical elitists I've ever seen. ~Metagenic" <-- That.

The art, music, gameplay, and the making characters and gearing it up.
I also LOVE that unknown passage music, its so sweet.
I hate beggars, and those guys who say "Bribe King Krogmo" and they dont even add 1ce on PvP
And also OOO's wallets. They really like my money :P
I like the art, the chat system, and the friendly community
I hate the economy, 5 star people who ignore my waves and hi's cause the think I might beg for money, and T3 lockdown
I love the art style and majority of the community ^_^
I dislike after i reach 5* It's grinding from there to craft new toys and buy clothing but the mission system will solve this thirst for a while I am sure!
Besides this game wouldn't be fun if we just had everything, or at least i mean for more than half a hour of testing... it's more of the grinding for the money to reach my goals that i find tedious...
Love: The accessories/variability, the Shadow Lairs, the new updates
Hate: Overpowered PvP weapons, Polaris spam (not just in PvP), lag, and beggars
I like the game-play style.
I hate the camera angles at times.
Like the monsters. Especially the Fiends. Y U HATE DEM???
Hate the lag. Wonder why no one has posted about lag yet. Unless you mean something that's part of the game... then that would be Retrodes before the patch. Insta-death in arenas after stepping on the party button due to the retrode's lazers 99.99% already charged when they spawn.
I <3 the fact that gear defines the Knight and there is no.... re-roll your class sucks and you are level 48
I also love that the game is free and the cash shop doesnt sell anything I cannot get over time that effects performance.
I hate the "swords or bust hurr durr" attitude the devs seem to be taking. I cannot fault the players for following suit.
Love: variation in weaponry, art, environment, game play
Annoyed With: lag, broken/annoying mechanics here and there (ie bound gear!!! pulsar being OP, losing heat when getting kicked, energy system etc), "leet" players (get leet at something irl LOL).
i like the variety of weapons and, even if its little, their aoe
i hate the music in fsc, its so loud and crappy, that i always end up muting my game and leaving it at that for a couple of days or weeks

They add you because they want to be able to jump into tier 6, making an absolute fortune instead of having to do the sucky tier 5 content that yields more than 3x less crowns per level.
I like the fact that this game exists.
What I hate is the time it takes to make 5 star gear.
I also LOATHE the binding system and the fact that you have to heat up 3* and 4* gear to upgrade. It's completely pointless - does any other MMO with a gear acquisition mechanic + inventory system have this sort of thing?
I like the weapon, enemy and level design, as well as the art in general...
I hate the energy system, not because I'm having some kind of hard time getting my gear (I'm not), but because it turns off >95% of the new players that find spiral knights. Everything about it gives off an air of greed.
Idk; this game seems like it's trying so hard to be friendly towards newbs, but it just can't be.
I originally felt like leaving this game when I first started, because I just couldn't see how fun SK could be when I was living off 3k cr a day.
Some of my favorite things in video games are killing hordes of cute slimes and hordes of cute zombies. I like how this game gives me both, AND introduced me to gremlins which I enjoy killing hordes of even more than the slimes and zombies.
I don't like the developers' aloofness. Yes, they may know their own game better than we do, but they really give us no indication that they even listen to us and it honestly seems like they don't.
Love: Everybody! The art, snipes, music, the fact that the DEVS STOLE MY FAVORITE USERNAMES (Hyperion grr)
Dislikes: Fine, I lied about loving everybody. Also, lag.
Like: The uniqueness of the game. The art, gameplay and generally everything is just awesome in its own way :D Those few people who are just awesome and happen to join the guild I'm in :3
Dislikes: Honestly, a LOT of the community... As everyone else, the elitists who believe they're > everyone else due to their stack of CR/CE, and equally, the derps who deny facts (i.e. winmillion goes up to 4* only) because they refuse to check a "user-created" wiki. Those people begging for money just because you have (Insert "cool-looking" armor here)... Why can't they accept I went broke getting it? D:
Like: The art.
Dislike: The updates they make, so they can ruin the game.
Like: The art, the customization, music, makes this game so chiling ;) It's a good break from playing hardcore game like CS or TF2.
Dislike: Every fool who takes this game too seriously, bringing up elitism in a child game makes no sense. Just chill and ejoy.

- The concept of energy
- Player run economy
- The Auction House
- Pressing the shield button while I have the Striker Jetpack :D (attack LD balance all ya want, but you cannot deny how much fun being a Striker in the Clockworks would be)
- Constantly changing stages/Crystals' influence on stages
Dislikes
- The rate mist energy regenerates
- People complaining about CE prices
- People who don't use the Market Tab intelligently
- People who assume 5* players/guilds are always elitists
- Guns are underpowered
What I like:
- the presentation (art, music, that sort of thing)
- gameplay is easy to get into
What I hate:
- knights are [jerks] ._.

Do you know how annoying it can be when someone is busy bragging about how good they are/how much you suck compared to them because they're 'all that' and you're just 'dudwhatisthisIdon'teven?'
Logic is besides the point. Point is, I know they're real people, and that they're being stuck-up jerks or just people who like to think they're better than others because of [insert high-and-mighty point here]. Like this argument I heard where one guy asked if he should take a shivermist to FSC and the other guy said stuff akin to: "HELL NO U STUPID? I SAY NO ANY ARGUMENT YOU HAVE IS INVALID STFU"
I'm not exactly pointing fingers, although what I say generally leads to 5* end-gamers, but I know not all 5* players are like that, I just don't like the ones who make it obvious they are.
EDIT: I mean that although what I say seems to apply to 5* players more than anyone else, I don't mean them specifically. I just see more of them than anyone else, but really, its just anyone, regardless of gear level/guild, who does that.
like: Art, some of the music is really good, and i think the AH is really neat
Dislike: i cant stand 5* people who think they're good at the game because the are 5* but spent 50$ on the game. I havent spent anything and i have 5 4* weapons, and 4* armor , Helm and Shield. So who's better? +1 for all of you who arent like this
I LOVE: How it reminds me of Phantasy Star Online
I HATE: How small Haven is. I want more roaming space
Likes: The great and pretty art style, community, etc.
Dislikes: When some people I think that I'm a egotistic elitist, when they have never even talked to me. (Not the people themselves, just "when".

That too. I really hate having to sound stereotypical.
Like: Its a game where it revolves around one variable, energy. It prevents me from playing the game for hours and hours on end. I log on, play for about an hour, use as much mist energy as possible, then log off. yeah, it's going to take longer for me to get what i want but, me being a video game addict, this provides some limits.
Dislike: How materials are given randomly. It may not seem like as big of a deal but i'll provide an example. i kill a jelly, no one helped. i deal the first and last stikes. jelly drops an item, then i try to pick it up. i touch the item then the icon pops over someone else's head and says he/she got it. in my opinion, those the strike the last blow that kills an enemy should be rewarded. now others might argue and will cause a lot of more problems but that how i see it. i sometimes go solo, accidentally and purposely, so i can get items for myself.
other than that, i'll play SK til i get my Azure Armor and Helm, defeat VanaDuke, and maybe beyond.

I dunno why you said all this to me, quoting my statement. In case it wasn't clear, I meant I dislike everyone who's bragging or elitism in general, especially in this game since, well, so little skill is involved. Stupid to brag about anything achieved on SK don't you think?
As you can see I mostly agree with you, so I'm really not getting your post.
Likes: Art & Music(I think we're all in agreement on this; kudos to the art staff and direction), general mechanics of the system (No character stats, limiting factors that can be overcome with $$$, but overpriced to keep nubs from ending up in my end-stage runs with better equipment than me)
dislikes: god-awful latency issues. shields don't block in pinch situations, mob attacks hit when you aren't even close, and sometimes the latency turns into game-ruining lag, especially in boss lairs where it's the worst time to have that happen.
Also, Players. I hate you guys. You're no good at team functions, and 9/10 times you're idiots to boot.
One last thing I hate. imageboard quotes. Devs should start giving warnings.
