Hey, I just got 20 more jelly gems and already have an antigua (argent peacemaker) and an avenger. I'm wondering if I should get another antigua for sentenza or a sealed sword for faust. Or just sell it.

no Antiguas
Argent Peacemaker and Sentenza are not very good in the Clockworks, because they do split non-normal damage. However, the game developers are actively considering changing their damage types to pure elemental and pure shadow. Until this happens, I do not recommend getting another Antigua. When it happens, we will need to re-evaluate.
Gran Faust is certainly a good sword, so I recommend that you get that, although I prefer Acheron over Gran Faust in general.

If you have no major interest
If you have no major interest in any of the gear and already have the ones you want, then you can always consider selling it. Selling to players is possible, but there'll be a lot of competition due to many people having enough JK Tokens, and putting it on the AH requires you paying the unbinding up-front and hoping for a sale. You can always sell 3* weapons to an NPC for 3,5k crowns. It's not a lot of money, but after you've collected a lot of tokens and have no purpose for them, it's good to have them around as basically some piggy bank money for an emergency/rainy day.

I'd just go for the Sentenza AND Gran Faust.
Sure, it'll take you a while to get them to 5 stars but in the end you'll have some great variety in your arsenal. At the moment I have a Gran Faust and a Sentenza, and I'm thinking of working on an Argent Peacemaker.
