So I recently crafted a Drake Scale Helm (Three star) and it had two UVs on it one was a piercing defense high and I don't remember what the other one was. My question is should I keep it or sell it, and if I sell it how much should I sell it for? Thanks!

Sorry to doubt you, then. You have a Drake Scale Helm with two decent UVs (piercing High and stun Medium). I don't know what it's worth on the market, but you can try to find comparable items on the Auction House. Unfortunately, this is one of the least popular lines, due to the split non-normal damage types. See this thread. You can pair it with a normal+shadow armor, to make a general-purpose set.
You can't be bothered to launch the game and look up what the other UV was? But you want us to speculate on how valuable this mysterious combination of UVs is?
My advice: When you troll a forum, your post has to be bad, of course, but it has to be good enough to trick people into thinking it's serious.
