In league of legends, there is a loading screen that shows how how far someone is into loading, and they show it in percents.

My suggestion is that on or next to a loading person's name, show how far they are into loading so they don't get kicked for Afking when they aren't.

There's a visual representation for this. Players dot have their weapons out until they (almots) fully load.

If someone kicks you they are either impatient, stupid or you take too long. Showing extra percentages wont change that.

Seeing a loading bar above someone's head as they are in the process of joining would be a neat feature.

Neat. thanks. I knew you could talk at the elevator, even when the level bar comes up and covers your words.

In my experience its not

In my experience its not usually getting kick for slow loading that happens but rather people who are solo'ing but have an open party that will kick a player, or if they want to make room for a friend, or you don't have good enough gear according to them, etc...

I load in about 5 seconds and have been kicked from random parties many times

Personally I dont' think it needs adjusting at this time.
