Disclaimer: The Search field does not work.
Clicking the "Search" button does absolutely nothing. I did a manual Ctrl+F for "Shield" on the first 10 pages of this board, with no relevant results. So...

Can we have shields usable as costume items, please?

Maybe someone wants to keep their full Snarby armor/shield look even when using their Owlite shield. Or maybe someone is using a Jelly Shield vs. Piercing mobs, but thinks the Jelly gear looks dumb. Or maybe someone really likes the look of a low-level or otherwise "bad" shield, like the Green Ward or Omega Shell. Or maybe someone wants to further stick to the "full Proto gear" look.

There's plenty of examples for why someone might want this. Me? I like huge-freaking-tower-shields, but the Plate Shield line isn't all that attractive stat-wise (save for Volcanic vs. Vanaduke, but I haven't even done FSC yet).

So, yeah. Costume Shields, please?

I like this idea! One of the reasons I avoid the Plate Shield is because it simply looks way too big.

One thing though; a guy with a Vog Cub set and Grey Owlite/Volcanic Plate Shield disguised behind full Proto would get kicked out of every single FSC party before he even finished loading.

My costume's usually a Sniped Stranger Hat and Fencing Jacket. The shield looks rather disproportional.

@Atgatg And gelatinous cubes that move on there own do? And us still playing a game that has 0% Real story line dose? And after you kill a boss you come back to it and its still alive dose? Should I keep going about the things in this game that don't make sense? Or like with ever thing else, are you going to accept it and move on?

-There are many other Snarbolaxes in Gloaming Wildwoods.

-The Royal Jelly can Easily be taken over by a Mini-Royal Jelly that Grows & takes its Place.

-The Gremlins can Re-Build a lot of Roarmulus Twins.

-Vanaduke is Undead, so he can just come back from the grave.

I've always wanted to have a Owlite Shield while looking like im using Plate Shield cos its big +11111!!!

PS: In the IMF Boss level look closely at the background in the beginning there are MILLONS of Roarmulus twins, it proves Iron's point
