It's a bug where the spawn spot is taken by someone else and you get placed above them

This reminds me of one time

This reminds me of one time when I joined a friend in an arena and I actually spawned way down below the floor. The camera was so zoomed in that I thought the monsters were huge before I realized what was going on.
