But if you notice the notice, then you have just noticed a notice, and you contradict yourself because you said that noticing this particualar notice isn't worth noticing. The severe amount of noticing in this document and the people reading the document was concentrated into so much Raw noticing energy, that it created a paradox which caused the document to become self-aware and notice things. It noticed so much that it noticed that the ability of others to notice notices belongs to it only, and noticed a plan to wipe out all of humankind's noticing ability.
