Need help with quest.

I am doing a quest to find the first terminal in the clockwork and i am stuck in the quest.Anyone can help please?????

That's just a tip, as Nord pointed out
The only real "quest" is FSC's Charred Court, where you talk to the sprite and help bring her comrades to the fountain.

You can completely ignore those quests since they really don't mean anything. It is more like a guide telling you what to do next.
Anyways, go into the arcade (north of the bazaar and town square) and then go to the north west section of the arcade. There will be 4 elevators you can take. Choose one that you want to play join/start a party. You have to keep playing until you get to a terminal, so eventually you'll get there just through regular playing.
