Recently, I heard Claws of Nature (normal Wolver Den theme) for the first time and loved it. So epic and tribal so I always make sure to uncostume and let my Skolver flow free. Before that though I liked the normal battle theme as well as the faster Dark City song.
Also does anyone know where "Mettle of a Grmlin" off the SK Soudtrack plays?

My favs (in no particular order):
1) The percussion-y Wolver Den theme. I love the timpanis so much!
2) Normal FSC battle theme. Badass organs <3
3) Arena battle theme. Always gets the adrenaline flowing (especially when you're playing with the lag handicap)

Castle Ambient, Sky Islands Day Action, Construct, and Clockwork Ambient 2.
Really, the entire soundtrack is wonderful.

I never run JK for melting Jellies anymore, I run JK just to listen to this theme now.
I believe it also plays on Roar Twin arena before boss and Briar Bone Barrage.

Poison is ranked one because I fell in love with it when I played wasteworks.
These:
1- Whitespace; swarm.
2- The Spiral Knights theme. The one that plays at the last battle room before the roarmulus twins / Jelly king.
3- "Gremlin" I only ever heard this one because i played it from the game's music file directory. Anyone know where you can hear it in-game?
4- Haven default theme.
It was the first track I heard going into the Clockworks, and I fell in love with it.
The best thing about the Treasure Vault is the music, which is pretty much my favorite track in the game.

I gotta say, there's a lot of great tracks on SK; Harry Mack did did a phenomenal job, and I'm very surprised by it for some reason. I shouldn't, but for some reason I am.
In any case, while I can't figure out what's my most favorite, here's a list of tracks that pop out the most to me (I'll be using the names from the OST volume):
Forgotten Castle and Storming the Fortress (Scarlet Fortress) - I LOVE the ambience these tracks create while waltzing through upon floating, broken fortresses.
Main Theme - Has "We're gonna get through this as a team" written all over it
Mettle of a Gremlin (Grelmin song not yet in game) - Doesn't immediately, fter it kicks up the pase, the songs sounds everything of bit-tune epicness
Claws of Nature - What everyone else said
Unforgiving Onslaught (Faster paced battle music) - Love fast beats
Shocking Synthesis - Love the SYNTHES
And The Confrontation (Boss music) - Epic boss music FTW. The organs are a great touch.
Now that I think of it, Battle 1 and Boss 1 are also awesome.
I really like the music that plays when you start actually fighting in the Unknown Passage, which I'm going to assume is really called Whitespace Swarm.
I completely forgot about two!
Two of my favorites are Lockdown related! One is the idle loading screen and when you can bribe Krogmo. The other is when there is only 1 minute left in a game. I forget what they are called.
Fiendish March, the Ironclaw Munitions Factory, and the Construct's theme. I do like how the main theme plays during the fight before the boss.

These three. I really think the wonderful work that Harry does is much unappreciated.

Freakin love how it sets the mood of the place, with the dark pixels popping up and the dead gremlins on the ground. It really gives off a creepy vibe to it. Although, the white swarm music that plays after you get on the button kinda kills the mood in my opinion. :/ It's not a bad song, but it gets rid of that feeling of dread.
The room before JK is the called Main Theme.
Huh, so it is. Kinda misleading, cause I thought the Main Theme was where you log on. :P
