Going to start by saying I tried to search... but kept getting an error screen... didn't record the number so I can't tell you why. (First time it's done it on Chrome)
So, someone gets a cutter, they think it's a sick sword, willing to take it over the toothpicks. And then they see what the charge attack is...
Nice animation... pathetically useless. All because the enemy will not so much as flinch when being hit with the charge attack.
So this becomes a weapon with little utility compared to toothpicks. Simply due to the charge attack being among (far as I know) one of the only charge attacks that does not make the enemy flinch or even dodge.
It's simple... add a flinch to the enemy I strike on like, the 2nd or 3rd strike and for the final strike pls?
Is this asking too much?
Edit: In light of the comments below, I've decided to dedicate a list of all suggestions that have been made in order to better organize things.
Stagger of some fashion requested (4 supporters at least)
Foot movement incorporated (3 supporters)
Charge speed increase (increase speed of charge execution) (3 supporters)
Complete overhaul (2 supporters)
Is completely fine as is, *cough* still stated requires help *cough* (1 supporter)
Only cutter charge that's not completely useless is the wild hunting blade one when used on a single small target, it staggers it for the whole duration
IMO they should always stagger whatever they hit for the full duration, at least the 5* ones
Would be cool to charge it up and lock someone down with the charge attack in lockdown (lame pun) and deal heavy damage in the process
