BUG: Craft machine ate ~2800CE, Support page is not working.

Hello, two days ago I tried to craft 2 silversix. I've chosen Silversix recipe from crafting machine and clicked "Transmute". And nothing happened, I clicked again and again, 6 or 7 times total before my energy ended, and then I noticed that every click it took 400ce from me. After some time 2 Antiguas disappeared, and after 2-3 minutes I recieved 2 Silversix. But I've lost ~3600CE making two 4* items, when it should cost 800CE.

I made two messages using "F2", and still no answer. Support page is not working.

F2 messages are just reports.

F2 messages are just reports. Noone answers them.

Support page not working is usual for me too (its all blank, isnt it?) they say its becouse of javascript problems but i have already tested my javascripts (dont mistake with Java Runtime Enviorment or whatever since they are two diffrent things) and everything is fine, just the support page is not working.

I suggest you to contact them directly via email
support@spiralknights.com
Describe your problem, give details (times, knight name, etc). They will answer from there.
