ok i am reposting it so pls help me
1)As we need energy to go down the lift at the arcade,and is minus 10.So do we have enough energy to reach the boss without any energy refiller or energy repack.Any mistake pls tell me.And also does we need anything like key so other thing to acess and kill the boss stage??
2)How to I access the action house as i am a beginner so pls teach me step by step thx.

You need only weapons, and the ability to fight to get down to the boss stages. Bosses are just like normal levels, you go down, and there it is. Though you will need specific types weapons to be able to kill the bosses, I'd suggest reading the wiki.

Hopefully you got these answers already. i'm not answering your "action" house as if you do any exploring at all, you'll find it.
For energy: Go up to the gate, and do some math. 10 energy per level, count the levels down to the boss, and you'll see it doesn't equal 10. So, yeah, you can get there on just mist.
