Question about the Elevator pass

In the Patch Notes from Jan 18th, the first thing that it says is:
"Elevator Pass
The $5.95 30 Day Elevator Pass is here to stay!"
However in the Energy Depot it has a starburst in the bottom right corner of the ad page for it that states that it's a limited time offer.
I'm just curious if this is a mistake, or if it's a limited offer, what part of it is limited?
Confusing contradiction here - can comeone in the know clarify, please?

Nick has stated that it is back for good. So I assume it is just forgetting to remove the text saying that it is for a limited time.

I am 99.9% sure that this is a minor mistake that they forgot to remove back when Elevator Passes were available only for a limited time. Unless announced otherwise remain safe and secure, as the Elevator Pass has returned to stay.
