My guess 15-25Kcr
I've checked the AH for you.
Magic hood UV fire low: Lowest Buy-out 3.5Kcr
My guess for UV elemental: 4Kcr
Some UV like fire or elemental like medium goes for 20-30Kcr. Since ppl rather have 2 points on one type UV than 1 point on 2 seperate UV's, your item will probably sell between 8Kcr - 30Kcr. So i think you should be able to get 15-25Kcr for it. You can always aim a little higher or put on the AH without a buy-out and see where it leads.
