Help I just lost $10

Earlier today I bought a $10 pack (3500 Ce) and this time I didn't receive my energy or my Dragon wings, all i received was a error (m.billing_steam_error.6). I tried signing out of Spiral Knights and then tried it and I still didn't have my energy, so I logged out of steam and tried again, still no luck. so I tried searching up this problem on Google and still no luck, so i am asking if anybody knows how to fix this please help me.

Edit:I had also been charged $9.95 on my Steam wallet, so now i'm out of $10 bucks.

Had this same problem.

Had this same problem. Emailed billing support and they said they will look into it as soon as they can.

no luck

i sent 3 rings/GM's a email and so far all of their response haven't been much of any help to me I've even sent them the proof of purchases and they haven't responded :/

I had planned to do a Shadow Lair run with some friends this weekend, and now it was ruined.

WELCOME TO THE CLUB!

and notice all the new people posting the same issue.. which means they still have yet to fix it, or take down that part of their payment system...the waiting list will just continue to grow... makes me kind of sick...

i feel bad for those of you who have been wating longer than me... and the suckers after me as well... there doesnt have to be anyone else with this issue,

Funny thing

I didn't have a problem on 3rd February while other players were having problems but today it happened to me as well and still waiting for a respond both in-game report and e-mail. This problem occurs in a bad time.

steam did exactly what

steam did exactly what spiralknights told them to do... take the persons money from their wallet...
spiral knights/three rings has the money but hasnt delivered the goods!
