My bro is an officer in a guild and he told me about an ex-fellow officer who sabotaged the guild and attempted to demote one of the Guild Master's alts; is it safe to call the guy out on the forums and tell the community to watch out for him or would I get a warning for this?
Is name-shaming on the forums allowed under circumstances?

Nope, its not, it will be
Nope, its not, it will be graveyarded sooner or later. No matter how detailed description of what he did you will bring here, it will be still only your part of the story and we will have no proof that it really happened therfore it would simply would look like you want to destroy his reputation while he could do nothing (even if he did, or maybe you really want to just destroy someones reputation).
To prevent situations like this forum guidelines states to do not post personal attacks.
Giving a fair warning that there is such an individual out there is okay, but directly pointing out the individual is going to get you in trouble for it. I'm not sure how lenient the ToS is with providing characteristics or behaviours to look out for, though that could be some useful information to know. Like I said though, I don't know how lenient they are with this so we're best off waiting from admin response on that, but straight up calling them out is a no-go. Don't do it.
