Great fun, but only really worth it if you're on an EP.
Extribble, I should note that the wiki is wrong; monsters can actually destroy them. Was shocked the first time i saw it, but they broke it to pieces right in front of me. You just don't generally see it because the monsters tend to prioritise the players, then anythin' that gets near the turret usually gets lasers and KBd away, but it is entirely possible for them to destroy it.

they are clockwork levels, so find a stratum that has them.
Jelly farm II is part of the Aurora Isles set - http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Aurora_Isles - you can find them in either beast or jelly stratums. If you find the stage it will have a turret.
Deconstruction zones can be found anywhere and are regular clockwork levels. They almost never have the turrets.

Good to know, I'll update the wiki page to reflect this.
By the way, don't hesitate to edit the wiki yourself when you see something is wrong. Just be clear and if anyone challenges you (which if you're right, I've never seen it happen if you exclude vandalism) revert it back to your version and explain that it was witnessed in-game ;)
It's a Mecha Turret. Not actually common, since it seems to be exclusively found in Jelly Farm II and Decon Zones.
