Where is the Sonic CD armor located (In the game files?)

(sorry if this is the wrong subforum to be asking it in)

All i wish to do is switch the sonic cd model with this: http://imgur.com/PglTP (Taken from spiral spy)
I've done this before with the Yellow tabard armor, but I can't seem to find the Sonic CD armor in the files. Same goes for the stranger hat.
Can someone tell me where to find it?

Why is it the second i ask for help i find it?
The texture files have scd in the name, so just search that to find it.
