Well... one issue with your riddle... if it belongs in this universe it is bound by the limit of the speed of light... even TIME is bound by the limit of the speed of light.

Well, Maybe a russian, because if you play a game called Little Big Planet (AWESOMENESS XP) there is this level with this russian puppet master dude, he can't be googled, he is never seen, idk if the can organize gov'ts and revolutions, and OMG WHO AM I KIDDING??? THis is not the answer! I honestly do not know the answer to thins qesetion. I would say God but he can be googled. I say 24,901.55 miles because it is the circumference of the earth and in this line I can circumnavigate the world
well, you get the picture. (I just have to say this is a great puzzle, this puzzle will be going on for a while [if I didnt already guess it XP] even the riddler couldnt get this one)
