Yup! It is annoying to have both channels open, both with the same colour, and with similar channel names... It should be..

Yeah, I am not talking about spam like that, I mean people constantly posting the same message every few seconds without being silenced.
Very good suggestions. The current labels make it seem like you're seeing chat from Haven 1 or Haven 2 (the server instances).
Also, on the time delay, I'd recommend pushing it to 3-4 min at very least. It's sad just how many people post more than that. (My ideal delay would be 10+ min, but a shorter interval leaves a way for people to broadcast corrections or different messages. Always good to build in some optimism)
Fun fact: Guild halls also have their own zone and chat channels. So it appears that these channels are instanced, and not serverwide.
This is definitely something that most people would agree on.
It is hard to differentiate with just 1's and 2's after all . . .
