Im thinkin that the devs and Nick should make a new feature to LD. The name of it i have not decided but i think that is shud b a place for pros and guys that r good at LD. Since there aren't an awful lot of great people at LD they shud make it so that there are options for the pro LD. 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4. anyways do me a favor and name all GOOD LD players. they dont have to b the best just good LD players. the devs can take the names off from here and allow them to play the new feature. they can also make one for every tier. I dont think t1 and t2 enjoy bein left out XD

I have my reasons.
First of all, it was being hosted exclusively on US servers, or so my presumption was. Being a European player that would put me at an extreme disadvantage regardless of my own skill. Second, I'm not even that great of a Lockdown player - I am mediocre at best - so participating in a tournament for the best Lockdown players out there would be a waste of my time. I have already encountered a good number of the participants in the past, and that didn't end well for me for the most part. Until I can play on their level, I see no point in partaking in a tournament where even stronger opponents will show up.
As for your suggestion, I am not for it nor against it.

Anyway, I don't support this.
First off, there is no determining 'pros at LD'. That more opinion based than anything. There are great support players, attack players, all rounders etc, there aren't currently any stat measurements that can measure 'proness'.
Also, this would give more fuel to the 'elitist fire'. People who are good and won't stop shoving it in other people's faces (I'm not implying anyone, really. Idk any good LD players who do that.) can get in and rub it in everyone else's face that they're in the 'Pro league'.
And saying ' no need to be great, just good', doesn't help either, because probably around 70% of all LD players know what they're doing, and can be considered 'good'
So -1.

All this leaderboards and "proness" talk is just selfish. If you think you're so great at LD, join a good guild and fight in a Guild LD match.
Lockdown is a team based game, and it's not all about damage and "OMG IM DA BEST AT HI DMG IN DUH LAWKDOWN".
At least, that's how I see it.
The last thing we need is more egotistical clones of some of the LD "greats".

It's already hard enough to get a Lockdown game sometimes, dividing players would be a disaster.
Either OOO needs to completely overhaul Lockdown so it appeals to all players... or just leave it as it is.
I don't think a band-aid will fix anything.

LD becomes easier by magnitudes when you don't have to guess when to swing.
also, Killbot...extreme? whatever your name is. We already got your full measure through your post and your name. You don't need to exacerbate things with a forum argument via cell phone.
First of all, this is a forum. Refraining from using txt-speak is a huge plus, because it makes your message clearer to the reader. Reading txt-speak in a forum post is very annoying, and you come out as less serious than others. I don't mean to nag but, proper sentences would really be appreciated.
Second, well, I don't know what to say. I suppose if they want to play together they could contact each other or something and set something up. Then we have the player-hosted tourneys and such. I'm not sure if something like this is needed considering the small population of high-level Lockdown players. Maybe that's just me, though.
