Is it possible to ever obtain a UV by purchasing an item through Brinks with tokens?
I'm just wondering what I should do with these piles of tokens I have lying around.

Well, you could always buy a piece of armor and then NPC it. 30 Almirian seal thingies can buy you a 5* piece of armor, which can be sold for 30k to a vendor, no unbinding required, which makes fighting Vanaduke profitable (assuming you don't revive more than twice).
Tokens are a nice way to make money. For boss tokens, buy the cheapest yet highest star item possible and sell it. Note, for the Bark Modules, its more efficient to save up and sell the 3* Quicksilver armor set than it is to sell the cheaper 2* weapons.
For the Primal, Forge, and Grim Sparks, it's best to hold onto about 40 at a time. Brinks offers tons of rare mats that can be expensive through the Auction House... That being said, you can use the Sparks to buy the best selling Mats on the AH for a good profit. For example, the best conversion of Grim Spark to Crown is the Ghost Bell. They are 10 Grim Sparks, but sell for a little more than 2k at minimum. I've sold one for over 4k.
I do occasionally sell grim/forge/spark token mats on the AH, but I mostly keep them for myself and sell any mats I collect. Since I have like 100 tokens of each I don't have to worry about what 5* mats are in my inventory when I go to craft. I think it works better that way unless you are really short on crowns.
Spark tokens are worth at minimum 100cr each, based on 10k from vendoring a 100-token trinket. So for Grim Sparks, converting them to Ghost Bells for sale on Auction is worth it (just don't flood the market).
Seals are worth 1000cr each (30k from vendoring a 30-token Ancient Plate item), and Jelly Gems are 233cr each (3500cr for a 15-token Brute Jelly item)
Don't farm Snarby or Roarmulus (unless it's for a change of pace) because the tokens are worth relatively less- Snarby only yields 2* items at 750cr per 10 tokens, and the only 3* Bark Module items are 20 tokens each rather than 15.
There is also a small market for unbinding and selling Pulsars and other (relatively) difficult to get token items, but it is easily flooded and not really recommended.

I agree with this... sort of. Snarby and Roarmulus offer very key weapons as token rewards. For Snarby, you get the Bristling Buckler (Easily the best T1 swordsman shield of the game) and the Snarble Barb (One of the very good Pierce Swords). For Roarmulus, you get the Pulsar (Polaris, while annoying at times, is an incredibly powerful weapon) and the Catalyzer (Biohazard is one of the 2 guns that deals Shadow Damage).
You don't want to excessively farm Snarby and Roarmulus. If you have enough tokens for the Snarble Barb and Bristling Buckler, then you should be almost at T2, if not already in T2. Roarmulus gives slightly less crowns and quite a bit less heat when compared to the Royal Jelly, so you only want to farm them for the weapons before going back to the RJP for crowns and heat.
But I digress, "don't farm RT and Snarby for tokens after you have gotten all the equip you need" is what I'm trying to say, which pretty much agrees with Mohandar.
Hey you're leaving out some of the best token prizes for those bosses, the bomb lines (dark briar barrage and voltaic tempest) from those bosses are some of the best in the game.
For snarby and roar, it was better to unbind the 2* items and sell them at the AH. I used to make 40k from pulsars, although I think it's dropped to 15k now.
Nope
