The price to buy one is so low. (150 cr) that any unbind fee for reselling sounds like a waste. They are also useless too, why buy it besides costumes (or poor noob decisions), unless you are crazy enough to try to make a fencing jacket (low damage bonus) with max UVs for t1 pvp and someone else is also crazy enough to buy it.
It may also conflict with costumes, wich technically have 0 stars too.
