It's strange that only one piece of this set has the monster bonus damage. Are there other sets like this?
Divine Veil has Med. Fiend dmg, but not the Mantel. Other mismatched sets?

Circuit breaker armor used to be like this, unlike all the other breaker armors it had no negative stats. I think they fixed it though.

These "mismatched" sets are generally all quite deliberate lookin', and there's few enough of them, but they've been mentioned plenty in the past and little~nothin' has ever been done about any of them with the exception of circuitbreaker armour.
arent you that guy who showed off "the best arsenal in the game"? why would you find it strange?
