Why does spiral knights lag so much? It keeps FREEZING and FREEZING and FREEZING over and over again! I can't play it anymore! I have the newest Java and windows 7.

The fact that it's "Freezing" leads me to think you may have framerate issues.
Try going to options and turning graphics settings to low.
If ur freezing cause of internet lag (never heard of this but whatever) then that's a different story and you should listen to Aemicus. Did I mention he's very knowledgeable?
