Dear Nick, I knowing you being an adimin and developer I was wondering as a player and absolute fann of you and the game what it takes to become a game master do you become one automatically or are you granted the privileges. I would like to know I am very curious thank you.

Think for yourself.
Would you hire a random kid you never heard of whose only excuse to be chosen is that he pays for games and can help, just like 1000000 other people?

I greatly appreciate your

I greatly appreciate your enthusiasm Mrtechnodragon, but rules are rules. You can always apply once you're old enough, and in the mean time help us with Spiral Knights by reporting bugs, providing feedback and suggesting cool stuff!

Mmmmm, I am actually planning

Mmmmm, I am actually planning to apply also the next time I hear they are looking for English GMs. Last time they were looking for French GMs, and while I know a little French it is no where near enough to hold a conversation.

When a sentence starts "I was gonna take gaming classes, but..." I'm relieved that it didn't involve any arrows.

I was honestly going to do that, but changed my mind. I used to tell skyrim jokes, but then I stopped.

2012 Vote Gwen for presid- er, GM! :D

99% of people who express interest in moderating should never be given those powers. It is a fact that power tends to breed corruption, and the corrupt are generally those who seek the most power.
99% of people who would make good moderators have no interest in wielding those powers. With great power comes great responsibility, and most people with the good sense and brains to be responsible don't want to deal with the burdens of those powers in the first place.

I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a player as civil and friendly as Gwen. Press her into service before she has the good sense to withdraw the offer!

hmmm,

i should probably be a GM for the game too. I could do the same thing i do for Unity, namely: ignore any and eveythign of relevance to my "subjects" and dress myself up in very pretty costumes and peacock from haven to haven.

only dipping a tow into clockworks on an absolutely necessary basis.

yes. this could work for me. just send me mail from spiral HQ, i'll get to it once i'm done scouring the AH for deals.
