So I'm in the middle of making myself a costume and decided that the Radiant Silvermail will look awesome. But now I'm faced with a dilemma, which helmet goes best with Radiant Silvermail? I've been trying to get my hands on a chapeau of the gold rose but no luck yet.

Hmm
The Angelic Line matches up nicely and looks quite effeminen. Dragon Scale goes with it too due to the scaley nature of the Silvermail. Chapeaus look good with just about everything.
The best look is probably the one of the Stranger Hats... looks like something out of an Anime series.
Try the preview at the Auction House and you'll get a good sense for it.
Nameless Hat kinda gives you a Van Helsing look, other than that I'm pulling a blank.
