The Espada is recruiting Mature active tier3 players. We have members in many different time zones and play at all hours. Our guild is set up with more of a laid back team atmosphere, instead of the normal hiarchey and ego sometimes associated with other t3 guilds. Thanks to everyone who has contacted us. Our recruiting has gotten more selective as more people have contacted us. Here are some thing we are looking for in recruits.
1. Must be tier3(we do make exceptions, but t2 players would be required to go on a run and show potential. There will possibly be a longer recruiting process)
2. Must be fairly active, it is ok to only play 2-4 days a week....but we aren't looking for recruits who log in every few weeks at a time.
3. Must be able to hold your own, meaning don't start farming Vana runs if you are wearing dusker. Then the other members of the party have to carry the load.
4. And lastly we play SK for fun, don't take the game too seriously. I see this happen all too often in other t3 guilds. Then it isn't enjoyable for anyone.
Some of our rules
1. Don't beg for crowns, Go on runs, earn them yourself!
2. No random invites, just use guildchat! There is nothing more annoying then constant invite popups while in runs or in Haven
3. Be respectful of your teammates(a given)
4. Use guild chat and participate! We are set up as a team atmosphere, and although there is ranks depending on whos been in the guild longer, new members are just as important as old.

Update: The Espada is now recruiting only Tier 3 players. We currently have over 60 members from many different parts of the world, so there will usually be some members online at anytime of the day. We tend to do FSC a tremendous lot and leave our parties open for guild members to join. Shadow Lair runs at least once a month.
We do have a few important rules, but they are nothing more than just common sense and easy to follow.
On the top of the list, no begging, no spamming, no scamming, no trolling, no newbie bashing, and respect your guild mates (Even in random parties...).
There are no applications to be filled, this is not a job. Just state your intent and one of us will be ready to send you an invite. However if you do wish to elaborate on your history, equipment, play style etc., that would be most awesome.

Side note (2): We might make an exception for T2 players, but do understand that most of us are in Tier 3 and we do not really like to waste energy on lower tier missions or levels. This might be discouraging if you are seeking a party inside guild. If you are independent and okay with that, we will gladly invite you.
