After i get my ash tail set and 4* swords do i start crafting bomber armor/bombs?
i love bombs and swords so i want to make an hybrid.
so,do i get bomber armor/bombs after i get my 4* swordie set?

personally i would start
personally i would start building up some bombs, but upgrade that ashtail as soon as ur able to. definitely worth it as the 5* gets much better bonuses. that being said bomber armors get much better at 5* too. a good hybrid set might be something like vog/skolver coat with volc demo helm. leaving ur swords at 4* for now would be a good call, at least until u have some more bombs. in most cases the difference between 4* and 5* swords isn't particularly noticeable. once u have a nice selection of bombs i would suggest u continue building those to 5* before ur swords. all bombs get a bigger radius at 5*, making them ALOT more effective.
as for the bombs themselves, vortexes and status bombs pair the best with swords. considering that u want to hybrid, put pure dps bombs like nitro and RSS at a lower priority, as swords are likely to be ur main damage dealer. Vortex + brandish charge = annihilation, use the status bombs to immobilise and soften up enemies.
I would recommend bomber armour if you are getting 4 weapon slots, and filling half of those with bombs. Yes, start crafting bombs, as 4* is a good place to stop. The 5* upgrades are all rather expensive, and you can spend the 800ce crafting extra bombs like vortexes, haze bombs, rss, even blast if you want.
